Managing Director, Investment Officer
Mr. MacDonald is a Managing Director of Inlet Capital Management, LLC responsible for investments, asset management and capital market activities. Mr. MacDonald has broad experience in real estate investment, development, financing, management and acquisitions. Mr. MacDonald has worked on more than $1.5 billion of closed transactions, including a variety of developments, acquisitions, dispositions and financings of multifamily, office and mixed-use properties. Mr. MacDonald was a partner in MacDonald & Cie, and previously held positions with Swig, Zeckendorf Realty and Brown Harris Stevens. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York State. Mr. MacDonald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and has completed a Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
